i am using the alpha stim now for more than 2 weeks,after 2 weeks of goos resaults i had a real down and scary situation of panic with fast heart beat and no apitise and cant sleep at all. from panic i have stoped to use the alpha stim for 2 days. is that a normal situation? should i keep using the alpha stim any way? first week i used it was for 20 minutes every day,second week i have used it twice a day for 20 minutes,volume was avarrage 4.
please guide me of how should i use it if at all according my experience.

Thanks for the great question on use of the alpha stim. I use the units in the dental office to relieve anxiety, relax muscles and help make the dental appointments proceed more comfortably.
