Michael Gerber, MD, NMD, another physician, reported in the current issue of the Townsend Letter, his recommendations to his fellow physicians to connect root canals, chronic apical periodontitis, and dental toxins to cancer of the head, neck, chest, and breast in their patient’s.
He is showing his fellow colleagues that by identifying and treating dental toxicity can be a life or death issue for their patients. They have a huge opportunity to help patients, who fall into many classic categories of diagnosis from cancer, heart disease, psychiatric debility, fatigue, musculoskeletal pain and many more conditions.
He presents the studies being done that are finding the periodontal pathogen, Fusobacterium, in the breast tissue from women with malignant disease. He also discusses the inflammatory patterns seen in thermography of the connection between patient’s own teeth and breast cancers. He uses neurotherapy, ozone treatments, IV vitamin infusions and mercury detox along with co-treatments by a holistic dentist to help his patients stop and heal cancers and many other chronic health issues.
This article and many others are in the current issue of the Townsend Letter, which is focusing on cancer prevention and treatments. We have a copy of “The Toxic Tooth“, book and the “Smoking Tooth” video he mentions in the article for patients to view.
As we showed with the combined medical/dental conference, we reported on last month, more and more fields of medicine and dentistry are merging to better help our patients achieve optimal health and vitality.
Hopefully my up-coming holistic dental book, which introduces our body, mind, and spirit wellness to the public will be helpful to start a paradigm shift in healthcare that looks at the whole body and helps everyone achieve optimal health and happiness.
